Well I got a reply from Andrew Phillips, says what I expected. My interest was in how they dealt with shareholder concern so getting a reply (on Easter Monday) is a positive for me.
I had posted the response and then thought I should check with HC as to whether it can be posted, they said I will need permission from the sender. I have asked for this and Mr Phillips (replied again on Easter Monday) is checking with the board tomorrow and will reply then.
