    That ANNOUCEMENT is positive

    Fair comments GK ,but how much lower will the share price go ...

    Maybe they are planning a share consolidation ,like a 10-1 ,could be the reason for the sell down .

    they did mention renaming (branding)the company ,so a share consolidation would not be a suprise in the coming EGM
