Short term weakness while it becomes clear what Justin Beaton (CEO's brother and significant holder in Seqouia) plans to do with his shares - Moving from a private company to a listed company gives him the opportunity to cash out, particularly as from what I gather he's not associated with either of the companies anymore. He's sold a quarter of his holdings for $250k so hopefully he's happy with that, and is now done..
Not a huge deal but some clarification could be good
