Thanks Gobbledok, nice to have quality investors around that will ask the question. For me this is good because, a. The company will actually respond to an investor concern with a reasonable reply and b. Whether this guy has done selling or not we don't know, but we do know that he has absolutely nothing to do with the company (or the company before it) so we can strike off the selldown as some kind of inside knowledge of MWS/SDQ's prospects going forward.
My guess is he took the opportunity of moving from a private company to a public one to realise some profit and free up some cash, and fair enough, so the only remaining question is...Is he done?
