The secret will be of the PPX board can encourage PXU shareholders to convert their shares at the current price ratio of 250 to 1 or at least begin to buy pXU on market below that ratio and cancel them one by one .
If this was to occur the company will prosper.
If the two parties never agree it is a very long road ahead and I suspect PXU holders will take their debt to the grave , and PPX shareholders will never get a dividend .
