Used Moggie, that is fine. What MSMN does with other takeovers is not my business and personally I am not that interested. What I care about is its move on Meo and how that impacts my Meo investment - the flavour you would get from my posts is I don't see any value in me selling to MSMN and therefore will be holding onto my Meo shares. I see MSMN's current takeover proposal simply an annoyance.
So you know, the issue now been talked on this thread on related party is at best mayber a nice to know only, but has no impact on my investment decisions relating to Meo whatever the answer is. In terms of your comment on 'legal and false statements' in a robust debate you talk about the concerns and debate them . That is you don't say 'legal' first. In terms of myself, like I said i don't see the relevance of MSMN takeover of Trident, and more specifically how that impacts on the current MSMN proposal for Meo etc. I prefer concentrating on Meo and Meo's future. Ciao
