Remember the Cash out instructions are only for ineligible shareholders who couldn't hold shares in their own name when the conversion under the DOCA occurred. Most of the NH's were eligible shareholders (95%+) and therefore have been free to buy and sell on the market since the relisting. I agree apart from a few (Lonestar, The Capital Group, Lord Abbott & Co) that sold during the run up to 44c when they relisted, the majority of NH's are holding tight.
