Why would Zentree have been told something nobody else has been told? Sounds unlikely to me. But there would be many views about the odds of fresh Uox demand increasing, locals changing their minds, whether the US will start eagerly reprocessing their spent rods and excess weapons inventory etc etc.

There is hardly any demand above 39.5 c or so based on three days trading, above where they appear to have been buying (a high proportion of daily turnover). If there was strong demand above that price level, the price would have been pushed up with so little selling depth into heavy fresh supply. So if they want a bigger stake, they can probably lower their bids and still accumulate the stock now with a little bit of patience. I suspect the little buying that there is would be mostly due to Zentree buying some more, so a pause will be good for them, and especially if another selling panic occurs with a possible realisation that the SP will decline further than it has.

Zentree may be trapped and supporting the SP for various reasons - I'd be very surprised however.
