OK just to be sure this is in Ethiopia and ENAMCO is in Eritrea. Given the history between the two countries not sure there will be any cooperation, if anything potential flash point in the future.
However may put pressure on ENAMCO to get to market first. As they do seem to take their time, which I think is normal for this part of the world.
