I think its ok to hold it short or long, its relative, for me it can be 3 months for you 1 yr.
But what annoys me is my money could have gotten invested elsewhere until I knew the bottom of dicksmith.
WHo would expect a company like DSE with such quite decent results turning on our back with 50% loss in 1 month, courtesy of shorters. 10% to 15% down is ok, or relative to market conditions, this is ridiculously insane
