As indicated before, it appears Deutche Bank is calling in stock they lent out. You can see this on the Appendix spreadsheet for transactions on 9 Sept. If this stock had been borrowed for shorting, then the borrower presumably has to buy back from the market. Can only be a positive I hope for the share price
