Drake could have sold some of their holdings in the lead up to conversion for 40c + and replace them with the above 14c shares - probably net around 400k or the last CR they put up - chose not to - all the way it seems! Also note that last substantial notice was a three months after the fact - this time a month - now we have clear air (and a monitor) - here's hoping. Glta
