the area where I would disagree with you is the p/e of 12, a good rule of thumb
re: p/e is multiply mine life by 1
i.e. mine life for pnr is initially approx. 4.5 years, therefore a p/e of 4.5 should be used
therefore 4.5 x eps of 3.4 =15 cents
if the comp can prove up more resources to extend mine life then the p/e can be adjusted
to take that into account ( i'm confident they will )
