Yes - no good for us Aussie investors at all. These types just destroy our share values and walk away with millions. Our Government authorities should be a lot smarter and harder to look after our interest ie Australia You can include the Tax authorities as well where they allow big and small companies to trade here and pay VERY little tax or get away with paying no tax and in lots of cases NO gst.
Hence all Australians look like having to pay MORE gst on our purchases - maybe an extra 50%.
