98% (or there abouts) of the recent enititlement was taken up. So Gino (along with Russell and obviously James) must have taken up theirs.
The fact that Russell and Gino have also financed the start up of BC Anthricite at the same time as also committing more funds to Atrum - also surely dispells their rumoured financially perilous predicament.
So I dont think anyone can doubt their confidence in Groundhogs potential.
