    This is an interesting development.

    Here we are thinking CPS will probably have enough of the register to oust the current board and then Havoc Partners start buying on-market. You would think HP are going to be supportive of the current board, given it was the whole motive for their investment to begin with.

    Certainly going to be an interesting upcoming vote on the 26th.
