    It's a matter of time when we see this go up imo. EPS is over 10 cents. To put into perspective, SXL has a lower EPS and more debt and they are over $1.

    I still think the window for a takeover is before they pay their next dividend. If nothing happens by end of Nov then no takeover, but i'm happy with the dividend payout.
