Is there any reason why Minorities wouldn't call an EGM...

Is there any reason why Minorities wouldn't call an EGM immediately rather than bother with stated amicable outside arrangements?

I say this because i would simply want to talk too as it would provide me space and time to
manoeuvre with no accountability.  That is, even if Li presented as attempting to negotiate with Minorities, he has no legal basis to do so and this merely serves as a stalling arrangement.  By calling an EGM it formalises the approach, shows our hand in terms of legitimacy of backing and aggression and therefore ensures the platform for mutual negotiation will be transparent, timely and ongoing, given representation on the Board.
