The meeting is this Thursday at 9.45am. I will be going along to it.
I can imagine that anyone who is not going to get a financial benefit out of Noble et al taking over will vote against the proposal. This would mean those that will not directly benefit out of the finance deal they want to enforce on RES. This is only the top 3 shareholders that I'm aware of.
Although they don't need much to get it over the line. The panel are the only real hope I'm afraid and so far they have not delivered with their initial decision to take into consideration all factors. All we need is for ASIC to prevent Shinto and Atilius to null and void their 24% vote and we are in the clear. My hope in this outcome is fading fast.
