    they must be willing to distribute when and if needed, breaking any upwards momentum and frustrating holders who in turn sell due to opportunity cost.

    What is The point of holding if you know a stock wont move past a certain level.

    Ive been watching this stock for at least 4 months and it has indeed been interesting watching the sales.
