I don't agree, as that would only restrict them in the buy back
They can only push the price 3-5% above the rolling vwap
If the vwap is 2.2c, they don't have to pay that, but they can sweep everything under it
Allowing the vwap to drop is against their interests, as it caps the highest price they can pay under the buy back
More than likely lemmings seeing oil down 6% and panic selling, not thinking of the 2.1c cash balance etc
