Cash backing of 2.1c + whatever other realizable value from sale/JV/development of their asset suite and royalties etc
1.7c is a steal if volume arrives on the sell side
Oil can drop as low as it likes, it won't dint NGE's cash balance and will only make their acquisition opportunities that more sweeter
