Can someone enlighten me here please?....What is the percent of shares on issue that HQ Mining must achieve before they have the right to sweep up the rest of the shares that they do not own.
Is it 50.1%, 75% or 90% ?
As at 19th Jan they have collected 44.03% according to yesterday's Announcement.
I for one am keeping the little holding that i have unless they drag it out of me kicking and screaming.
We are all been taking for one almighty ride.
