That's correct, there will be no more notices of change in substantial holding unless they go over 5% again. Slight technical point but Magellan never had to inform Central, they have to inform the ASX (its not a company's job to check who their shareholders are on a continuous basis).
If you look at the sells disclosed by Magellan they have overall been 27% of the volumes recently - i.e. they have been hammering it and its a wonder it has held up as well as it has.
