Well guys, like I said before, Management is not managing the seller, so here we are left with the overhang on the stock!

Very obvious now we know who the seller is, how hard is it for management to find another corner stone investors with a longer view on BFC and take it off them with a large cross trade! Better still, engage a broker to do this corporate work, all of them would have their hands up for it!!

Management keep saying that their interest aligns with the shareholder and are rewarded based on share price performance, well so far, not really in my view....below 50c here we go...
