Your comments tell us you are new to investing. So to give you a bit of an education, big players can sell for multiple reasons:

1. They are bailing because they believe the io price will collapse again and ago will be 1c. However even the big boys are wrong half the time
2. They are selling because they don't want to be shareholders. Maybe they lent money to ago, converted that to shares and happy to wear the loss, I.e. They trade debt not shares
3. They have access to a huge new investment and dumping ago to buy into the new one

And so on......
