    Guys what's the track record of Merchant Funds? Have they done this before (Take Over of Board) and changed the nature of the business? I think we all agree that currently 1PG has a terrible track record of losing $ and won't appreciate in SP keeping things the same.

    However sometimes the Devil you know.....

    Thoughts?
