The board spill etc will only be good for those who want to control the money they have, they have never once said what they will do with it or what the "new" company would be (this is only going by quoted reports in media), so do holders know if all the investment that has occurred to date is worth throwing away? Do investors know if traction is being made? Do investors know that there is a chance of such a data rich database is worth pursuing even though it has taken longer?

Also my question is if the supposed movement by certain holders (Merchant) have any additional or alternate plans? Is there another RTO proposed to get this cashed up supposed shell?? Is it to be considered a shell? It is earning money albeit not as much as first thought or spruiked!

Who's going to be more open? The defendant or the prosecutors? Whoever wins that game will be the winner imo, defend and tell all, prosecute and explain what will exactly happen to holders money including who gets paid what and what holding the prosecutor wants!!
