    Good post no doubt that Merchant wants to do acquire another business via the 1pg shell.
    Im just not sure if they will bleed the company dry via high fees and wages first?
    Trying to find info on previous attempts by Merchant. I know MW is a solid guy with track record of looking after shareholders interests.
