    Yes, merchant want a profit, that's why they are taking the action and have to pay up to increase their voting rights. Possibly wont affect their average cost much.

    As to HK Peterson, i dont know. Certainly to get a sizeable position they've had to take a block trade and pay a premium for it. But I can't blindly take a position just because they did. There were people would bought this at $5, how did that work out. Maybe I'm just smarter than Peterson

    I'm trying to put a fair value on it at least. How are you doing your calcs, or are you just a follower and punting on the pricing of others being right?.
