Oscar you're making assertions there about the market without any particular logic behind your arguments. I know you want to wish this higher, but I was hoping you guys on here could really help me break this situation down to its key valuation and risk issues with some good insights..

Your comment on large scale acquisition has some merit. Not so much large scale, but we know the curent buying support is coming from Merchant who are seeking to increase their voting rights to help their bid for change.

Once they've had there fill, your "rerating" is just as likely to be back to cash box valuation as I've outlined above. Technically after falling so far, a lot of people will throw the stock in the bottom draw so price gets sticky down here and it can take weeks and months for the price to eventually bleed out to its fair value level.

Nothing said so far on this thread changes my view of $0.10 as fair value, but I remain open to being pursuaded if someone can make a case.
