Mate your comments on this thread have taken a beating! I dont think fairly. Also no one has provided different calcs which u have asked for. Shame really.

I for one really appreciate your posts and insight. I cant fault your logic and your evaluation would seem fair based on your calc.

I guess one impact on price could be if Merchant is successful in taking over the business then a rerating of price could occur based just on the successful take over?

From other posts Merchant seem to have some success even as a young company.

Theres also the MW fans who will no doubt buy in once confirmation of take cover is public.

So assuming take over what premium would buyers pay?

Could b more a case of buy on conf of TO & sell on acquisition?

Again thanks for your insight and i would encourage posters to provide information that is useful rather than just shoot Orwell down with 1 line posts saying he is wrong and crap.
