Yes you are correct their those purchases by Van Eck were "In Kind" whatever that means specifically.
Probably swapped for another stock or some interest in something.

Still and all they now have 10.8% voting right in BDR now.

Physical leading the way again, I still maintain the COMEX and their lack of deliveries through the Registered stocks is an indication of what is going on here.
They may well be delivering by Cash, other Gold and interest in GLD or some similar ETF that is backed by physical Gold. Everything is connected here.
Something is afoot but I dont know exactly what it is.

BDR shorts sitting very low at 1.46% , Might see the BDR SP suppressed until the shorts are lifted to around 2.2% .
