They are the responsible entity (or whatever) for a big ETF which holds lots of RMS and other gold stocks. RMS isn't in their top ten based on this: http://www.etf.com/GDXJ
I doubt they will be launching a takeover any time. RMS appears to be about 3% of their total MC.
