Apologies but that just sounds like another win to me. Even if lets say 95mil was distributed as a dividend. Every single holder is left basically freeholding and then the SP will just fall to a tangible value of what 15-25mil? Looks to me that the worse case scenario is still going to return at least 30%+ value.
