Given that most of us agree management don't deserve a bonus...

Given that most of us agree management don't deserve a bonus just to sell the deposit, but there needs to be a base figure involved to trigger a bonus ($300 mill would be my estimate of a job done well - and then sliding scale based on price above that) ; is it possible to amend that resolution at the meeting?
I think many of us would like to revise the bonus for SS as well, but it's way too late.
Unless of course we got rid of two directors before the SS even came out?? What would be due them then?
