FIL is an asset fund with approx $285 billion under management. I wouldn't read too much into it, they could be moving money around as a result of bot trading or even macroeconomics. The $1.5mil give or take they lowered their exposure by is a drop in the ocean, I doubt it would be something they'd even notice.
