Alexa (which we have discussed as of limited use) also shows a large amount of Japanese traffic. I wonder how many orders go over there and whether or not facilities over there could be viable if there is the demand.

Also they are blowing away a lot of summer stock at the moment - no idea if it's at a profit or loss though.
