Yep definitely good news as far as I'm concerned. It's always good to be aware of what the major holders are doing in regards to wether they are increasing or decreasing their exposure as this can be a reflection or even driver of sentiment and price.
To me the biggest variable tho is still the licensing process. If that falls into place the biggest piece of the puzzle will be done. A few other biggies like commodity prices and project financing, but I'm much less concerned about those than I am about the green light from the Greenland govt!
