What we do know is that currently BPM hold 7,915,817 or 18.27%
Brett Montgomery holds 2,286,301 or 5.275%
We also know that the 2 parties are associated and that will raise questions with the regulators.
Together they are restricted to hold 19.9% max, but currently hold more than 23%
I am assuming with this much determination, if they don't get what they want, they could possibly launch a takeover but not sure why they didn't do that in the first place.
If they had have offered 50-60 cents they would have got it and that would have cost them circa 22-25M
I am also assuming that they want the possible gold elephants in Tanzania like we do.
I have calculated that current management still have the numbers to retain their positions so we are in safe hands and hope that it stays that way.
When you bought these shares, you bought the current management and their story as did we all.
I don't see any reason to change that now and get on board with a new management body, with a completely different agenda and different pursuits.
If you are serious about your investment, it would be a good idea to vote asap and keep Campbell Baird and Derek Fisher.

Keep in mind that once this matter is dealt with and stops taking up valuable time, energy and money which we have put up and are now suffering for, Campbell Baird has said that they want to get on with drilling as per the announcement earlier this year.
