Farjoy appears to have been a positive cornerstone for FAR to date. Would hope that therefore he would have been consulted through the current equity raising process and for whatever reason (which some have already speculated on ) he was comfortable to top up in tranche 2. He is clearly a "sophisticated" investor so would be able to assess any risks to his investment there may or may not be from only participating in the second tranche.
