"Moving 7% of a shareholding - surely people are doing that and more every day! I think perhaps you're a bit confused here, hint: not all shareholdings are of equal size. If, as I suspect, you meant 7% of a company's shares then I would have to agree there would be a material impact on the share price, but it would be rather churlish to apply this solely to MSB, it would just as equally apply to any share on the ASX."

Your question about whether or not Teva subsidiary, Cephalon, sold shares equivalent to 7% of its holdings in MSB, or whether it sold part of its holdings equal to 7% of MSB shares on issue, given the context of the announcement, and the tone of its subsequent posts on this thread, surely it is quite evident which it is?
