According to the Options Prospectus as per 10 May 2017, RCF still holds 27M shares so only has sold 9M . The new major shareholder JP Morgan holds 74.4 M shares which I assume are the 74.4M from the CR, ( Why did we never get a change of substantial shareholder notice ?) The other major shareholders have not changed. Who has sold ( and bought ) the other 30M shares in the last week and do we need notification of changes in the major shareholders.
