Exactly. Why sell below the offer price from Zeta (and pay a brokerage fee)? If you are a shareholder who doesn't fancy Zeta running the firm, you can get 3.8 cents simply by waiting a few weeks.
I suppose it might be people who want to redeploy funds elsewhere before the July closing. But otherwise why do it.
