My question is this , say you have 10 million of both A's and B's , take up the ELF program to convert the options to shares and lock them up . Say in a years time the MPA gets signed ,everything is looking great for the company the share price appreciates to 5cents a share , the shares are now worth a million dollars but you cant touch them till you've paid out the complete loan of $240000 plus interest .
Would it be possible to get finance to pay out the loan ?
