    I find it appalling and unethical for what appears to be a disgruntled former CEO slowly selling on market in an attempt to bring the company down with him, he obviously isn't concerned about his corporate reputation.

    Concern is whats to stop him releasing all shares reducing price then buying back and repeating process?.
