    someone has just gobbled up 15-20mil shares and today we are getting hammered on the news that BVF sold down 12.5 mil shares.

    im more interested in who purchased the shares though.

    im thinking the sell down is either 2 options punters reading the news and bailing or buyer is capping price for a low ball offer
