Break above minor swing point high 3.665. Needs to break over swing point high 3.715 to advance further.
NST, EVN, SBM - all have rising wedge patterns - not good. I have a suspicion that RRL maybe developing the same pattern. If so it may only get to 3.80 before turning down.
