Wouldn't be surprised if a company with size and talent in house to do resource upgrade in house while doing due diligence and take over KGL before they get to release this to market.
Quartly looks like steady progress to developing sizeable resource, and with state govt support on board and PoC looking like on the start of an improve, KGL could start to look pretty interesting. Lots of news coming from exploration programme and they seem to have their targeting well sorted. AIMHO DYOR
