I think they only way they would allow their holding to be diluted is if they were controlling who the 'sophisticated' investors are. I mean, placements made to their inner circle rather than scraping the entire market for a CR.
I don't see anything wrong with that, if it creates synergies to move forward - at least I hope thats how SAM thinks.
